These Terms govern your use of TravelMarketplace (the “Platform”) and apply to travelers, agents, and suppliers alike. By registering an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.

What TravelMarketplace Is

TravelMarketplace is a marketplace and matching platform. We connect travelers with independent, third-party agents and suppliers who list tour packages, hotels, cab services, activities, property rentals, insurance, SIM plans, and visa assistance. TravelMarketplace does not itself sell, operate, or guarantee any travel service. Every booking, quote, and service arrangement is a separate agreement between the traveler and the agent or supplier concerned.

Account Registration

You agree to provide accurate, current information when registering as a traveler, agent, or supplier, and to keep that information up to date. Agent and supplier accounts require our approval before listings or profiles go live; we may decline, suspend, or deactivate any account at our discretion, including for incomplete verification, policy violations, or complaints.

For Travelers

Submitting a quote request connects you directly with an agent — it is not a booking or a guarantee of price, availability, or service quality. You are responsible for verifying any agent’s or supplier’s credentials, pricing, and terms before making payment or committing to a service. TravelMarketplace is not a party to that transaction and is not responsible for the conduct, accuracy, or performance of any agent or supplier.

For Agents and Suppliers

You are responsible for the accuracy of your listings, profile information, and any certifications or badges you display. Listings and profile content are subject to our review and approval, and we may edit, reject, or remove any listing that appears inaccurate, misleading, or non-compliant. “Verified” and “Trusted” badges reflect information you provided and do not constitute a guarantee by TravelMarketplace of your services.

Fees, Credits, and Wallet

Agents and suppliers may be charged credits for publishing a listing, receiving a traveler’s quote request, or promoting a listing, as shown in the platform at the time. Credits are purchased in advance and are non-refundable once used, except where required by law. Unused credit balances do not expire unless stated otherwise. We may change pricing for future purchases at any time; credits already purchased are honored at their original value.

Reviews and Ratings

Where reviews or ratings are enabled, they must reflect a genuine experience with the agent, supplier, or listing concerned. We may remove reviews that are fraudulent, abusive, or in violation of these Terms.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to misuse the Platform, including by posting false information, circumventing our approval or verification process, scraping or harvesting data, or using contact details obtained through the Platform for unrelated marketing without consent.

Intellectual Property

The Platform’s design, branding, and content are owned by or licensed to TravelMarketplace. Agents and suppliers retain ownership of the content and images they upload, but grant us a license to display that content on the Platform for the purpose of operating the marketplace.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TravelMarketplace is not liable for any loss, dispute, or damage arising from a transaction, communication, or service arrangement between a traveler and an agent or supplier, including cancellations, delays, misrepresentation, or service quality issues. Your use of the Platform, and any arrangement made through it, is at your own discretion and risk.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
